You should avoid alcohol entirely. Alcohol is a diuretic, and what it does to the body is to remove water from body cells leaving it dehydrated.Lastly, we need to exercise, exercise and exercise. The exercise routine should incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercises could include strength training exercises that aim to tone the muscles. Aerobic exercises are cardiovascular in nature. Find a sport you enjoy and passionate about, it could be anything – jogging, running, cycling, swimming, football, basketball etc. But running/jogging is preferable because they tend to work round the body and are highly effective. With consistency and discipline this daily routine would see you shedding that weight drastically and yes you can boast to your friends or colleagues about your new found fitness.
