Eat healthy food. The food you eat must be nutritious and healthy. Though it is difficult to give up certain eating habits and avoid eating junk products, you should try to minimize the number of junk food you eat daily. It is advisable to eat more fruits and vegetables. They contain lots of vitamins necessary for proper functioning of your body.

Give up bad habits. Today even children know the negative effects of smoking, drinking alcohol and taking drugs. Stop ruining your health with bad habits! Try to minimize the number of smoked cigarettes and drank alcohol.

Spend more time outside. Modern people spend much time in stuffy houses and offices. Our bodies and lungs need fresh air. Do not forget to air your office and apartment. It is advisable to spend more time walking in parks. Invite your friends or loved ones to spend a few hour in the park or forest. If you have kids, they will enjoy playing with you outside. Do not say you are too busy, because we always find time to watch TV or sit at Computer! Do physical exercises. Regular physical exercises are extremely important if you want to have good health. Exercises help us to be fit and give lots of energy. It is not necessary to train much. A couple of years ago, I was going through some stress and developed a patch of grey hair around the temples; maybe 200 strands. It was starting to get noticeable. Then I started exercising more and de-stressing and now I’d say there are only about 50 strands. No, I’m not balding.

Is it true that once your hair goes non-black, it can still come back?
