12/365 Three Stone Gone!
This is not artistic at all, but it means alot to me. Today I hit my three stone (42lbs) lost target. I started dieting on 2 Jan 2008 so it’s taken me 9 months to get this far. I’m hoping for another 2 stone off before the wedding (17 Apr 09).
I always take progress pics at key moments in my weightloss travels, so watch out for some more!

Walking at a certain speed wherein I feel muscle “strain” (I can feel the burn!) is very healthy for me, I know. But I want to know how fast I can lose weight by doing this daily and eating a healthy diet full of a balanced amount of pasta, vegetables, meat, and water.
Can I lose five-ten pounds in 5 months or so? Or how long, and how many pounds?
