I’ve finally made my 10% weight loss goal after hovering around within half a pound of it. Week 24 weigh-in was 13st 8lb. I’ve been away on business and on courses with unhealthy buffet lunches which has stopped my progress. Now I’ve got a month where I can be good and make progress again. My next goal is to reach or exceed 12st 6lb, taking me into the healthy area on the BMI chart.

the best diet is the one that you already do, the only thing you need to do is cut some calories here and there like cut out some sodas, replace them with water/fast food junk food out of your day and you’ll see the pounds come off over time and youll actually be able to stick with the diet.
